I love my work. I come to work every day and have the opportunity help my clients to develop a deeper connection to themselves and others, and to create health, passion, contentment, and meaning in their lives. My work draws upon my background as a body-worker and yoga teacher, and my pursuit to understand the human mind in order to alleviate suffering. My ideal client is someone who is ready to take an honest look at themselves and their life, and is willing to work together to create lasting change. I also have a passion for working with children. Children are full of life and often capable of great change is short periods of time. I had my own challenges growing up, and there is nothing more satisfying than providing a child with the support I wish I had received when I was young. In my free time I enjoy playing piano, meditating, spending quality with loved ones, playing video games, and swimming in any body of water I see.
I'm a Colorado Registered Psychotherapist with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University and a BA in Religious Studies from the University of Kansas.
